David Youngjoon Jung is a U.S. trademark and copyright attorney with a decade of experience. David works primarily on trademark prosecution, and has successfully registered over 1,000 U.S. trademarks during his career.

David has been involved in representing domestic and foreign companies such as Kakao Corp., Coupang, S.M Entertainment, etc. in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and has helped multi-billion dollar companies settle potential disputes. He counsels clients on trademark selection, searches, and registration.

He obtained his J.D. Equivalent at Handong International Law School in South Korea and was admitted to the District of Columbia bar in 2012.

Mr. Jung received his undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom in business and accounting in 2007.
